Struggling with an eating disorder is a lonely experience. The shame and embarrassment you feel makes it seem impossible to tell another person. Yet breaking isolation is vital to recovery.

New ID creates a safe, warm and private environment where you can find support. You will meet others who understand your struggle, hear real stories of freedom, and find encouragement that recovery is possible.

Over six weeks the New ID course addresses  anorexia, bulimia and compulsive eating. It takes an holistic approach by addressing the spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of recovery;  especially looking at what holds you back from getting free.

Each evening there is a testimony of recovery, in-depth teaching, a discussion group and prayer.  Read how New ID has helped others, here...
